Artist Paulette Perlman uses whatever resources and mediums she finds to make the images and artwork she most enjoys. A friend called her an "Artist of Whimsey," and she embraced the moniker along with the image of mermaids as a signature design. "Mermaids Don't Cook" is her motto, and her "Mermaid Mobile" art car is her favorite mode of transport. The UnReal ARTists Gallery is a salon gallery Paulette runs out of her home. Join her for tea while viewing (and buying) art. The gallery also serves as a "bed and bagel" for visitors, with a cottage style one- or two-bedroom environment to relax and regenerate. Paulette also teaches art classes and believes art should be interactive.
